These Terms & Conditions apply to the Soult Wellness Club Founders Membership By purchasing or activating this Membership, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Inclusions
Your Membership includes the services listed in the Wellness Club description at the time of purchase:
2 x weekly sauna sessions (8 credits per month)
Complimentary cold plunge access with Traditional Sauna bookings
1 x float session per month
1 x 60-minute massage per month
4 x Salt Room sessions per month
Unlimited access to our Meditation & Relaxation Lounges (with any booking)
10% off all additional treatments
10% off all full-priced retail
Soult Wellness reserves the right to update or enhance offerings. Members will always be notified of any material changes in writing.
2. Minimum Commitment
The Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of activation.
Membership cannot be cancelled within this initial period.
3. Payment & Billing
Membership is billed monthly at $559.96 per month.
Payments are processed automatically via the payment details provided at sign-up.
If a payment fails, the system will retry. Unpaid memberships may be suspended until resolved.
4. Session Credits & Usage Sauna Credits
You receive 8 sauna credits per month. to use as you please.
Credits can be used for either Infrared or Traditional Steam Sauna.
*Cold plunge access is included in courtyard bookings only.
Float, Massage & Salt Room Sessions
1 float per month
1 x 60-min massage per month
4 x Salt Room sessions per month (4 x monthly credits)
Important:
All monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Complimentary inclusions (cold plunge, lounges, discounts) require an active membership to redeem.
5. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
Standard Soult Wellness cancellation policies apply (usually 12 - 24 hours, unless otherwise stated).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that session credit.
We encourage booking in advance due to limited availability.
6. Pausing Your Membership
Memberships may be paused after the initial 3-month commitment.
Minimum pause: 1 week
Maximum pause: 4 weeks per year
Requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days prior to the billing date.
Credits cannot be used during a paused period.
7. Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Unused credits do not hold cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
8. Founders Release Limitation
This Membership is strictly limited to 15 members only.
Once all spaces are filled, the Founders Release will close.
Pricing for this Membership tier will never be offered again at this rate.
9. Conduct & Space Respect
Members agree to respect the sanctuary environment by:
Arriving on time
Using facilities with care
Maintaining the peaceful, communal nature of Soult spaces
Repeated inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.
10. Health & Safety
By participating, members confirm they are medically fit for sauna, floatation, salt therapy, massage, and cold plunge practices.
Any health conditions must be disclosed prior to treatment.
Soult Wellness is not responsible for reactions or outcomes related to undisclosed conditions.
11. Membership Cancellation
After the 2-month minimum term, members may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice.
Cancellation must be requested via email.
All unused credits will expire on the final billing date.
12. Agreement
By activating this Membership, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to all billing, usage, and conduct requirements.
