Soult Wellness – Terms & Conditions 1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by Soult Wellness (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking, purchasing a gift card, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

2. Bookings
  • All bookings must be made via our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment or card details are received and you have received a confirmation email.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation prior to your treatment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting subsequent guests, with the full treatment fee still applicable.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We understand that life happens — however, to respect our therapists and other guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
  • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but your treatment may need to be shortened.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
4. Payments
  • We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and Soult Gift Cards.
  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
  • Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.
  • Prepaid treatments and packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
5. Gift Cards & Vouchers
  • Soult Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed on any spa or wellness treatment or retail purchase in-spa.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
  • Gift Cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
6. Health & Safety
  • Please advise us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking so we can tailor your experience appropriately.
  • Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions. We reserve the right to decline or modify services for safety reasons.
  • You will be required to complete a short intake form before certain treatments for your wellbeing.
  • We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and care, and your comfort and safety are our priority.
7. Spa Etiquette
  • Soult Wellness is a space of stillness and respect. Please keep voices low and mobile devices on silent.
  • We ask that you treat our staff and space with kindness and respect.
  • For group bookings, please arrive together and maintain the peaceful environment for all guests.
8. Retail & Returns
  • All retail purchases are final. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
  • Faulty items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Memberships & Packages
  • Memberships and multi-session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Sessions must be used within the validity period outlined at purchase.
  • Missed appointments within a membership will follow the same cancellation policy as above.
10. Liability
  • All guests use our facilities and treatments at their own risk.
  • Soult Wellness and its staff are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained on the premises
  • By booking, you acknowledge that certain wellness experiences (such as sauna, floatation, halotherapy, or cold plunge) may not be suitable for all health conditions, and it is your responsibility to consult your medical professional if unsure before booking. 
11. Privacy
  • We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Information collected during bookings or form submissions is used solely for providing services and improving your experience.
  • We never share your personal details with third parties without consent.
