Validity
Your 28-Day Soult Reset begins from the date of purchase.
All included experiences must be booked and redeemed within 28 consecutive days of your purchase date.
We recommend booking your appointments as soon as possible, particularly if you wish to visit on weekends or during peak periods.
Appointment availability is subject to demand. Soult cannot guarantee availability if bookings are left until the end of your 28-day period.
Any unused experiences remaining after 28 days will expire and cannot be extended, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash.
Eligibility
The 28-Day Soult Reset is available to new guests only.
Limit of one 28-Day Soult Reset per person.
This introductory offer cannot be purchased multiple times or combined with any other introductory offer or promotion.

Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability.
Advance bookings are strongly recommended.
Your guided Wellness Protocol's are designed as guidance to help you get the greatest benefit from your journey. You're welcome to follow the recommended schedule or use your wellness experiences in a way that best suits your lifestyle.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our standard booking policy applies throughout your 28-Day Soult Reset.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.
Wellness experiences cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be forfeited.
A $10 same-day cancellation fee applies to all Traditional Sauna & Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna and Halotherapy Salt Room appointments cancelled on Saturdays and Sundays.
A $20 same-day cancellation fee applies to all Magnesium Float appointments, regardless of the day of the week.
Cancelled or forfeited experiences cannot be refunded, reissued or extended.

Please advise our team prior to your appointment of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or health concerns so we can recommend the most appropriate experiences for you.
Refunds
The 28-Day Soult Reset is non-refundable once purchased.
Unused experiences cannot be exchanged for cash, retail products, gift cards or other services.
Continuing Your Wellness Journey
As your 28-Day Soult Reset comes to an end, we'll personally check in with you to reflect on your experience, celebrate your progress and discuss how you're feeling.
