Our Sauna Experiences
4 x credits per month Book our Private Infrared Sanctuary and enjoy our premimum Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna with intigrated red light therapy to soothe, heal and energise from within. Best booked solo for deep reset or it can be enjoyed in pairs for connection. The infrared sanctuary also includes a private shower and changing area.
8 - 12 x credits per month Book our Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard with FREE access to our cold plunge and rinse off shower. The Courtyard is a grounding communal space of release, reflection and reconnection. A maximum of 4 x guests at anytime can book into the courtyard.

Minimum Commitment: 3 months
Energy Exchange: $220 per month ($55 per week.)
That works out to be only $18.33 a session.
* For refrence single sauna sessions are usually booked at $45.00 each for our private infrared and $35.00ea for our communial steam sauna in the courtyard.

Soult Wellness — Fire & Ice Founding Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Soult Wellness Sauna Founders Release Membership (“Founding Membership”). By joining this membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership Overview
The Founding Membership includes:
12 x Monthly Sauna Credits (3 x 45-minute sauna sessions per week)
Access to both sauna experiences:
Private Infrared Sanctuary (4 x credits)
Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard (8 x credits)
Free access to the cold plunge with any Traditional Steam Sauna booking
Complimentary towel and full use of showers & amenities
Unlimited access to the Meditation Lounge
Noise-cancelling headphones & guided meditations for post-sauna relaxation
10% off all additional treatments & rituals
10% off all retail items
This membership is part of a limited Founders Release and is only available while spaces remain.
2. Minimum Commitment & Payment
The membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
Payment options: $55 per week or $220 per month.
After the initial 3-month term, the membership continues on an ongoing basis until cancelled in writing.
Founders Release pricing is locked in for the lifetime of the membership as long as it remains active and uninterrupted.
3. Included Session Credits Sauna Credits
Members receive 12 sauna credits per month.
Credits may be used for:
Private Infrared Sanctuary (4 x uses)
Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard ( 8 x uses)
Cold plunge access is included only with Traditional Steam Sauna bookings.
Bookings are subject to availability.
4. Credit Expiry, Rollovers & Restrictions
All credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for other services or products.
Credits may only be used by the member and are non-transferable.
5. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
Soult Wellness requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend, may result in the session credit being forfeited.
Members must arrive on time for their session to ensure full access to allocated time.
6. Pause & Cancellation Policy Pausing Membership
Membership may be paused after the initial 3-month term.
Pauses must be for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
Pause requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancelling Membership
After the minimum term, members may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice.
Fees will continue to be charged during the 14-day notice period.
If a member cancels, rejoining in the future will be at standard rates (founders pricing cannot be reinstated).
7. Use of Facilities
Members agree to follow all Soult Wellness safety, hygiene, and respectful-conduct guidelines.
Soult Wellness reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership due to inappropriate behaviour or misuse of facilities.
Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard is limited to a maximum of 4 guests per session to maintain a tranquil environment.
8. Member Discounts
Founding Members receive 10% off full-priced retail items.
Members receive 10% off all additional spa treatments and rituals.
Discounts are valid only for the active member and are non-transferable.
9. Non-Transferability
Memberships, session credits, and member benefits may not be transferred, shared, or gifted to another person.
Only the registered member may use their credits.
10. Facility Changes, Maintenance & Availability
Soult Wellness may temporarily close or modify spaces to perform maintenance, upgrades, or operational changes.
Service offerings may evolve over time to enhance the member experience.
Founding Members retain their pricing and core inclusions as long as the membership remains continuously active.
11. Health, Safety & Liability
Sauna use, cold exposure, and heat therapy may pose risks for individuals with certain health conditions.
Members agree to consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns regarding sauna or cold plunge use.
Soult Wellness is not liable for injuries or medical issues arising from misuse of equipment, undisclosed health conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
12. Limited Founders Release
This membership is offered in limited numbers and may close at any time once capacity is reached.
The Founders Release price will never be offered again.
Once allocations are filled, no further Founding Memberships will become available.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using the Founding Membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
