Our Saunas
Book our Private Infrared Sanctuary and enjoy our premimum Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna with intigrated red light therapy to soothe, heal and energise from within. Best booked solo for deep reset or it can be enjoyed in pairs for connection. The infrared sanctuary also includes a private shower and changing area.
Book our Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard with cold plunge and rinse off shower a grounding communal space of release, reflection and reconnection. A maximum of 4 x guests at anytime.

* For refrence single sauna sessions are usually booked at $45.00 each for our private infrared and $35.00ea for our communial steam sauna in the courtyard. Float therapy is $75.00 per 60min session.

Soult Wellness — Founding Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Soult Wellness Founders Release Membership (“Heat & Float Founding Membership”). By purchasing or participating in this membership, you agree to the terms below.
1. Membership Overview
The Founding Membership is a limited release offering that includes:
8 x Monthly Sauna Credits (2 x 45-min sauna sessions per week or 8 x per month)
2 x Monthly Float Therapy Sessions (2 x 60-min float per month)
Complimentary access to the cold plunge (with traditional steam sauna bookings only)
Access to meditation lounge with organic teas, light refreshments, and restorative spaces
Use of showers, towels and amenities
Noise-cancelling headphones & guided meditations post-session
10% off all additional treatments (massages, facials, halotherapy, rituals, etc.)
10% off all retail purchases
2. Minimum Commitment & Payment
The Founding Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
The membership fee is $89.00 per week, billed monthly ($356.00/month).
After the initial 3-month commitment, the membership automatically continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in writing.
Pricing is locked in for Founding Members for as long as the membership remains active and uninterrupted.
3. Included Session Credits Sauna Credits
Members receive 8 sauna credits per month.
Credits may be used for:
Private Infrared Sanctuary (Sunlighten mPulse sauna with red light therapy)
Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard
Bookings are subject to availability.
The cold plunge is included only with traditional steam sauna bookings.
Float Therapy Credits
Members receive 2 float sessions per month.
Each float session is 60 minutes (75 mins with transition time included.)
4. Expiry, Rollovers & Credit Management
All monthly credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over.
Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
Bookings must be made under the member’s own account and may not be transferred to others.
5. Booking Policies
Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
We encourage booking ahead to secure preferred times.
Standard spa cancellation and rescheduling policies apply:
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the credit being forfeited.
6. Pause & Cancellation Policy Pausing Membership
Membership may be paused after the initial 3-month minimum term.
Pauses must be for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks per year.
Pauses must be requested in writing.
Cancelling Membership
After the initial 2-month term, the membership can be cancelled anytime with 14 days’ written notice.
Fees will continue to be charged during the notice period.
If cancelled, members may rejoin at future membership rates (founders pricing will not be reinstated).
7. Use of Facilities
Members agree to follow all Soult Wellness policies, including safety, hygiene and respectful conduct.
Soult Wellness reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for inappropriate behaviour or misuse of facilities.
Maximum capacity limits apply to communal spaces, including the Traditional Steam Sauna & Courtyard (4 guests max).
8. Retail & Treatment Discounts
Founding Members receive 10% off full-priced retail items.
Members also receive 10% off all additional treatments.
Discounts are non-transferable and only valid for the active member.
Discounts can not be redeemed on gift cards.
9. Non-Transferability
Memberships and credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
Sharing or gifting credits is not permitted.
10. Changes to Facilities or Services
Soult Wellness may temporarily close areas of the spa for maintenance, improvements or operational needs.
Inclusions may evolve over time to improve the overall member experience; however, Founding Members will retain their pricing for as long as the membership remains active.
11. Liability & Health
Members acknowledge that sauna use, cold plunge therapy and float therapy involve heat, cold exposure, and sensory isolation.
Members participate at their own risk and are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional if necessary.
Soult Wellness is not liable for injuries or medical issues arising from improper use or undisclosed health conditions.
12. Limited Release
The Founding Membership is a limited, once-only offering.
Once all spaces are filled, enrolment closes permanently.
Pricing for the Founders Release will not be offered again.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using the Founding Membership, the member confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
