Our traditional Sauna is located in our Private landscaped Courtyard. Amongst nature, this sauna session provides you with a deep re balance and connection of body and soul.
Please note the Courtyard is a private booking and can be booked with friends with a maximum of 4 x guests at any one time.

Your journey concludes in our meditation lounge where you can sip organic herbal teas and immerse yourself in a guided meditation with Noise-cancelling headphones.
• Private meditation booths for post-sauna integration is complimentary as an opening special for all of our sauna guests.
We reccomend allowing 15mins post treatment for lounge time.
