Surrender to weightlessness in our private flotation sanctuary. A tranquil, temperature-controlled space where time slows and the body is held in perfect stillness. Drift effortlessly in mineral-rich water infused with over 600kg of pure Epsom salt, allowing every muscle to soften and the mind to slip into deep, meditative rest.

Your session includes 15 minutes for arrival, showering, and integration, with access to your own private shower, change area, and all amenities provided. Towels, organic body care, and the serene quiet of your own retreat space are included.

Following your float, you are invited to enjoy herbal teas and light refreshments in our luxury relaxation lounge, or unwind with a complimentary self-guided meditation in our meditation booths. A complete ritual.

Float therapy is known to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress and inflammation, enhance sleep, and inspire clarity. For one sacred hour, you are invited to return to stillness. Float into the space within where healing begins.

Precautions & Special Considerations

Please read and consider the following before booking your float session:

  • Pregnancy: Not recommended during the first trimester without GP approval. While float therapy can be beneficial during pregnancy, please consult your GP prior to booking.
  • Medical conditions: Please consult your doctor if you have heart, respiratory, or other serious medical conditions.
  • Hair colour: Please reschedule if you have had recent hair dye (within 7 days), particularly vibrant or temporary colours, as pigment may bleed into the water.
  • Shaving/Waxing: Avoid within 24 hours prior to your session due to potential salt irritation.

Key Considerations & Exclusions

Float therapy may not be suitable for guests with:

  • Uncontrolled epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Contagious illness (cold, flu, virus, diarrhoea)
  • Open wounds, unhealed surgical scars, fresh tattoos (within 4–6 weeks), or severe active skin conditions
  • Severe kidney disease (due to magnesium absorption)
  • Severe claustrophobia or panic disorders
  • Chronic low blood pressure or fainting risk
  • Intoxication (zero tolerancefor drugs or alcohol)
  • Uncontrolled incontinence
